Sprinkler System Repairs

Exceptional troubleshooting ability is one of the staples of Sasquatch Sprinklers. Nathan is one of two people in Southern Utah to possess a Certified Irrigation Technician title from the Irrigation Association. We service Washington County, Utah including St. George, Washington City, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara and surrounding towns. Whether it is that head that will not stop leaking, a broken valve, a non-responsive controller, or that wire problem that others can’t seem to figure out. We have the tools and knowledge to handle your problems.

H.O.A’s

We work with HOA’s to provide services that the maintenance company may not have the time or knowledge to repair. We also take special care to work with the maintenance company to ensure we are not affecting their work in a negative way.

Efficiency Upgrades

If you have an older system or even a new system installed with dated equipment, then chances are there are components that can save you water and make your yard the envy of the neighborhood. There are options for high efficiency nozzles, pressure reducing heads, rain and soil moisture sensors, fertilizer injection systems, and smart controllers. Many of which qualify for rebates to offset the cost.

Service Contracts

Tired of wondering how or when to change your controller or if the system is even intact? Do you leave St. George for the summer and wonder if your yard will be alive when you return? We offer check ups at intervals you choose to minimize these worries for you. We can make sure that the controller settings are appropriate for the current conditions and continue to monitor your yard health as necessary. We will inspect the sprinkler heads to make sure nothing is broken or clogged. Drip emitters will also be checked if desired.

Sprinkler System Installations

From a bare lot to adding the backyard to the existing system we can get it done. Do you have an existing yard but don’t enjoy being trapped watering in our harsh climate? We can retrofit in an existing yard. We use top quality components from primarily Rainbird and Hunter which carry a 3-5 year manufacturer warranty. Valve manifolds are built with Action brand union fittings for easy replacement and repairs. We give you options on controller choice to fit what you are comfortable with managing. Lawn coverage is guaranteed.

Smart Controllers

Smart controllers are a fantastic way to ensure that your landscape is watered properly by making automatic daily adjustments to the run schedule for certain models. There are many brands and models available each with their own advantages and features that make them unique. Here in the St. George area, we are unique to the rest of the state and the majority of the country in that we have a large temperature range. We can receive big swings in highs and lows which can happen overnight. A SWAT controller will automatically make these adjustments. Most customers will find that they will save 30-60% on their water bill while not sacrificing the look of their landscape. For those folks that do not live in town all year, these controllers can be managed anywhere that you have a cell or WiFi signal. A person can also receive alerts electrical problems and schedule tampering if desired.

Commercial and hoa

These rebates also will apply for commercial properties and multifamily units. Central control is extremely valuable in monitoring and managing the water at these large sites. With many of these controllers, it is possible to receive alerts for non functioning valves or interruptions in the watering schedule. Add a flow sensor and you can receive alerts for just about any problem you may encounter and be proactive with the repair. Presidents love to avoid those calls!
